Joel Noyce

I’m a software engineer from Sheffield, UK, with a degree in Spanish and Linguistics from the University of Manchester. I found my way into engineering through a love of programming and the satisfaction of turning complex problems into useful software.

At Moonfire, I design and build the software that powers our data-driven approach to investing. My work spans the full stack, from backend services, APIs and data pipelines to workflow orchestration, browser automation and investor-facing applications.

Outside of work, I divide my time between chess, rock climbing, long-distance hikes and deep dives into emerging technologies. I’m forever learning and building, and I'm committed to staying at the cutting edge of today’s tooling.
